This is Dwen's first attempt at comedy and his first time doing a web series. His previous work as writer/director include the horror feature "Feeding Billy" and most recently the supernatural thriller "Ravage". In 2011, he combined his background in web development with his filmmaking experience and created an online production and casting site - MarqueeStreet.com. All of the actors involved in Circle Jerks were cast through this site with plans to cast season two the same way.
